# Checks and tasks

Verification, documentation lifecycle, repository health, imports, and platform execution.


Use these tasks to check your workspace, run project commands, and maintain repository documentation. An Nx target is a named task on a project; an executor is the implementation that runs it.

Find your project with `npm exec -- nx show projects`, inspect its targets with `npm exec -- nx show project <project>`, then run one with `npm exec -- nx run <project>:<target>`. Some tasks change files or run external commands; check the task page before running it.
